B. David Bradley chain saw owned by Leon N. Whilden, Jr. The information was filed on September 26, 1961, alleging the crime to have been committed on September 8, 1961, but defendant was not arraigned until April 22, 1963. The record filed here does not enlighten us as to the reason for the delay.
